A consultoria empresarial, suas subdivisões e os benefícios de sua contratação

Abstract

This work briefly presents the concept of business consulting, as well as its subdivisions, in order to clarify which consulting model should be hired in each case. Then, the various benefits that hiring this service is able to offer are demonstrated, such as cost reduction, process improvements, creation of competitive advantages, problem solving, and others. In this document, the method of documental qualitative research was used in order to analyze the most different articles about the theme, through a detailed bibliographic review through the search for key words. This article clarifies, through three different authors, the models in which a consultancy works, detailing the methods and results that are possible to achieve.
