LIDERANÇA E GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO ORGANIZACIONAL: Uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Resumo

A liderança no contexto da gestão do conhecimento, muitas vezes é mencionada passageiramente, de maneira superficial, como um fator auxiliar, outras vezes é abordada de maneira demasiadamente centralizada, se restringindo aos líderes de alto escalão das organizações. A partir de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, este artigo analisa criticamente a produção acadêmica mais citada nos últimos 19 anos sobre a liderança nos processos de gestão do conhecimento nas organizações. Os resultados apresentam uma série de conceitos de liderança relacionados a esses processos e identificam quais os papéis atribuídos à liderança nos principais antecedentes literais sobre a temática.
