METANARRATIVA SOBRE E-COMMERCE NO BRASIL

INSIGHTS NA PERSPECTIVA DA GESTÃO

Abstract

O propósito deste artigo é conduzir uma revisão metanarrativa na base Web of Science para avaliar qualitativamente as principais áreas temáticas que compõem as pesquisas de e-commerce no Brasil, bem como buscar insights que possam ser utilizados na gestão estratégica das compras online. A metanarrativa foi norteada pelo rigor metodológico e validada pela literatura, direcionada em três etapas: (i) identificação, (ii) seleção e (iii) matriz de convergência, para responder a questão de pesquisa: ”Quais os insights a literatura pode oferecer para o comércio eletrônico no Brasil do ponto de vista de gestão?”.Este artigo apresenta três principais contribuições para a área, com destaque para a classificação da revisão em subtemas formando a matriz de codificação: (i) comportamento do consumidor, (ii) estrutura do e-commerce, (iii) distribuição do produto, (iv) sustentabilidade ambiental. Este é o primeiro artigo a explorar a temática à luz de uma metanarrativa para analisar o comércio eletrônico brasileiro.
