A RELAÇÃO ENTRE GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (GHRM) E ECONOMIA CIRCULAR AUXILIANDO A GESTÃO AMBIENTAL

EVIDÊNCIAS NA AMÉRICA LATINA

Resumen

A abordagem da Economia Circular (EC) no nível empresarial não destaca o papel dos recursos humanos para alcançar seus objetivos, tratando esses temas, como áreas distintas. Gerenciar os recursos humanos em busca da sustentabilidade organizacional, papel do Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) pode auxiliar a EC na integração das práticas de recursos humanos e gestão ambiental. Para isso, o objetivo dessa pesquisa é mapear e analisar a literatura sobre GHRM e EC na América Latina envolvendo GRHM e EC. O método de pesquisa utilizado é a revisão da literatura e análise de conteúdo, utilizando as bases de dados da Scopus e Web of Science para construir a amostra a ser analisada. A amostra analisada foi composta por 18 artigos que tratam do tema em questão, sendo que de fato a EC e a GHRM são fontes que beneficiam o ambiente organizacional. Esse tem reflexo não só no contexto de produtividade, bem como no desempenho sustentável, visto que proporcionam aos gestores ferramentas capazes de aumentar a sua vantagem competitiva e a ampliação da prosperidade econômica da instituição. Entretanto a escassez de literatura sobre os temas é expressiva, podendo ser fonte de pesquisas futuras.
