Teoria estímulo-organismo-resposta na pesquisa em turismo: uma análise de dados textuais
Resumo
A Teoria Estímulo-Organismo-Resposta, do inglês Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR), empregada na análise do comportamento turístico, foca em como estímulos externos, estados emocionais internos (organismo) e decisões de viagem estão interligados. Através de uma revisão sistemática de literatura examina-se como a SOR está aplicada na pesquisa em turismo para compreender intenções e experiências comportamentais dos turistas, a partir da aplicação dos termos de busca “Estímulo Organismo Resposta” e “turismo” no título, resumo ou palavras-chave, resultando em uma amostra final de 173 artigos científicos, para análise com suporte do software IRaMuTeQ a partir da Classificação Hierárquica Descendente (CHD), Estatísticas Textuais e Análise de Similitude (AS). A literatura analisada constatou que a SOR no turismo está associada a pesquisas que envolvem Tecnologia, Marketing, Planejamento e Gestão, tanto de destinos quanto de atrativos turísticos, dividindo em temáticas específicas agrupadas em cinco clusters, identificando padrões e tendências emergentes da prática do turismo, além de elucidar os processos decisórios dos turistas a partir de cada temática, e fornecer aspectos importantes para planejamento e gestão de destinos. Este estudo contribui para o avanço teórico e metodológico do conhecimento em turismo e áreas afins, ao oferecer um levantamento aprofundado e abrangente da teoria SOR.
