the basis for the recognition of a valuable dialogue between science and morality

Abstract

Assuming the multiples periods in Nietzshe’s life and publications, we may claim that his treatment for the concept of truth is quite consistent. This is elucidated by taking into account the concept of truth as the core-concept for its radical conception of science, morals and religion as all rooted in the same framework of values from a metaphysical point of view. Far from want to deal with this huge thematic involving the conceptions of truth in Nietzsche’s works, we collect only a few clippings of his writings of youth and maturity that claims about it. So, in this way we can start a comprehension of this matter. We take our studies as a way between others to explore the method of Nietzsche’s inquires on moral evaluations concerning the concept of truth. Its crystal clear in Nietzsche’s thought, mainly considering his appreciation of the Kinds such as philosophers, ascetics and priesters, a close correspondence between moral evaluations and epistemic statements. At the very beginning of the concept of truth there would have been, for him, a veiled moral impulse towards the truth, without which neither philosophy, nor religion, nor science would have been emerged an developed. At the same time, this impulse to the truth would be linked to originary interactions of power, whose dynamics are primarily conected by the key concept of Nihilism in Nietzsche’s thought.
