interview with professor Alisolete Weingartner
Abstract
Interview with professor Alisolete Weingartner. The teacher received us at her apartment, in Campo Grande, to grant the interview below. In an extremely pleasant conversation of about an hour, she stressed that the historian must "know her place, feel belonging" to the community and "see" what others do not see. Aware of the lack of archives and documentation centers in the state, the researcher talked about influences and approached the book she will soon launch. Entitled “Mato Grosso do Sul: the construction of a State” and scheduled to be published in 2017, the work is aimed at a broader audience, as it was written without the intention of “producing a doctoral thesis” or “scientific work for a few illuminated ”.
