Percepção de estudantes universitários quanto ao consumo de “eco friendly foods”

Resumo


O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar o consumo de alimentos eco inovadores por um grupo de universitários. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo, em que se utilizou um questionário online, respondido por 199 estudantes. Os resultados indicaram que os entrevistados acreditam que a tecnologia é um insumo essencial e pode atuar como um importante direcionador para aumentar a oferta de alimentos sustentáveis, reduzir as perdas e melhorar a sustentabilidade ambiental. Os resultados da análise dos consumidores e universitários indicam a presença de atitudes positivas em relação ao progresso ambiental e tecnológico e a intenção de comprar alimentos eco inovadores. No entanto, a maioria dos universitários não consome os referidos alimentos com frequência.
