Abstract

This production constitutes a study on the subject of public bidding and other matters related to it. The general objective is to promote reflections on public tenders and principles to be observed, especially the principles of equality and competitiveness. In order to achieve the intended results, a bibliographic review was carried out, consulting the speeches of authors on the subject and the normative basis that underlies and disciplines public bids. It is hoped that the reader can gain a deeper understanding of the contents covered, visualize its relevance to society, and better understand the essential role of applying the principles of equality and competitiveness in bidding processes.
