Aspectos de sua implementação, no âmbito do governo federal
Abstract
This article aims to map the stage in which the implementation of people management based on competence is being implemented in the Federal Police. Today, public management has been urged to follow paths that lead to the modernization of services provided, with greater quality and efficiency for citizens. Such premises have the power to give new contours to the effort to value human capital, within public organizations, a scenario in which managing people based on competence becomes one of the main tools, in the search for transformation of the public organizational management model. The methodology used is characterized as exploratory and descriptive, with a qualitative approach, with the Federal Police as its locus. As a result, the study was able to identify initiatives within the institutional design of the People Management Policy, being implemented in the organization, as a form of institutional recognition of the fundamental role of people management in solving organizational problems and valuing its human capital.Downloads
