AS AS TRAJETÓRIAS DE EGRESSOS EM ADMINISTRAÇÃO NA PERSPECTIVA DA CARREIRA PROTEANA E SEM FRONTEIRAS
Abstract
The aim of this article is to present a survey of a protean and borderless career with graduates of an undergraduate course in Administration, in order to empirically investigate the correlated issues between areas of work and professional trajectory of the graduates. Therefore, from a qualitative perspective, the content analysis method is used to search for the presence or absence of a given content characteristic in specific files. Data analysis involves the definition of coding and classification factors from the documental survey seeking secondary data available on the LinkedIn social network of 246 graduates. As a result, it is confirmed that the graduates of the Administration Course are guided by the characteristics of a protean and borderless career, as it is the individual who defines the notion of success and, therefore, they make professional choices beyond the achievements in the market of work, also with a view to personal well-being.Many of the graduates continued their studies, seeking opportunities for growth and professional development, as a result of career self-management. In addition, this article contributed to identify the general panorama of the course, as well as the impact of Administration education on the graduates' career trajectories.
