Abstract

Administration requires knowledge of management, so, based on the principle of efficiency in public administration, it will be sought in this context to develop a study that presents the administrative process through efficiency. It will be observed how this principle and its effects today expose its functions, and how it contributes to a good result in the public sphere and its power, and what security it generates for users of all services offered by the actions of power. public. It is a bibliographic, descriptive study guided by the objectives: to identify within the public administration the importance of the principle of efficiency, analyzing its veracity in the public administration. This study, by itself, does not intend to exhaust the subject, which is quickly updated, but it proposes to analyze this novel constitutional principle, seeking to frame it as such, contextualizing it from the idea that the Principle represents, as also with respect to the legislator's intention in elevating him to such status. Regardless of the meaning and scope that the term efficiency can encompass, the most important thing is that its insertion as a guiding principle of public administration, can give rise to and awaken at least a reflection on what is being done and what can be done.
