ANÁLISE DE SENTIMENTO SOBRE A IMPORTÂNCIA DAS COOPERATIVAS E ASSOCIAÇÕES PARA A COMERCIALIZAÇÃO DE ALIMENTOS EM CADEIAS CURTAS PELA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR
Abstract
The objective of this study was to identify the feelings and emotions of family producers about the importance of cooperatives and associations for selling food in short chains. Eight interviews with rural producers were carried out in 2023 and transcribed, seeking to identify the emotions and feelings involved in each opinion. These opinions were analyzed using Sentiment Analysis, which uses opinion mining techniques applying Artificial Intelligence to decipher aspects of natural language. The Syuzhet package included in Rbase was used, through the Rstudio interface. The results suggest that most producers have positive feelings regarding participation in cooperatives and associations. The main emotions found were trust and disgust.
