ABORDAGEM ÁGIL PARA A IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE FERRAMENTA 3D DE VISUALIZAÇÃO DE MÓVEIS MODULADOS
Abstract
This study investigates an opportunity identified by an omnichannel retail company specializing in furniture and home products, aiming to implement a tool that allows the combination of modules from the same collection to create customized environments. Currently, systemic limitations prevent customers from visualizing these combinations, resulting in purchase withdrawals. The project proposes the application of an agile approach to develop a 3D tool that offers design, customization, and visualization of modular furniture, aiming to improve the customer experience and maximize sales. The use of agile methodologies provides iterative delivery, continuous user feedback, collaboration among teams, greater engagement, and flexibility to deal with changes, thereby reducing risks. The study demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of agile methodologies in technology implementation projects, highlighting the importance of collaboration, communication, and flexibility to meet the constantly evolving needs of customers and the market. The implementation of the 3D tool will represent a significant improvement in product and service offerings, positioning the company competitively in the custom furniture market, showcasing agile approach as an effective strategy to drive innovation and meet customer demands in an agile and efficient manner.
