DESAFIOS DA DOCÊNCIA NO ENSINO SUPERIOR DIANTE DAS MUDANÇAS NO MUNDO DO TRABALHO

Abstract

The objective of this text is to present reflections on the role of teachers in the face of changes in the world of work in higher education. The theme discussion is justified by the current relevance of the debate about teaching linked to changes in the world of work in which the processes of precariousness of this have been expanded together with technological advances, the reduction of work hours and the weakening of the teacher's ties with higher education institutions. As a methodology, literature related to the theme was selected, four articles published in periodicals, data from the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira - Inep and other materials that, although not directly linked to the theme, offer subsidies for the development of the presented content. The text is structured from the introduction of the theme followed by the development in which the discussion about the selected content, final considerations and references are inserted.
