APORTES PARA PENSAR EL CUERPO Y LA EDUCACIÓN FÍSICA COMO PROBLEMA A PARTIR DE LOS USOS DE FOUCAULT, EN EL CURRÍCULUM DEL PROFESORADO UNIVERSITARIO DE EDUCACIÓN FÍSCA DE LA UNLP
Abstract
Foucault is one of the most disruptive thinkers in Western history, his ubiquitous presence in different fields positions him as one of the most cited authors of the last decades. However, Foucault did not write any text specifically for education, much less for Physical Education in particular. The presence of his theoretical contributions and categories of thought is through the resignification of them by other authors, typical of this discipline and in relation to specific problems of it. Here we approach with what pedagogical senses the uses of Foucault in Physical Education could become an object of study; and what implications with bodily practices and conceptions of the body could their writings have with the production of other authors to rethink the theoretical and epistemological problems of Physical Education. Based on the uses of Foucault made by authors from this field, we seek to briefly address in this article some works embodied in the curriculum of the University Professorship in Physical Education (PUEF) of the National University of La Plata (UNLP), which allow us to rethink some of the current problems of the education of the body. For this reason we choose articles that, based on Foucault's uses, address problems related to identity, knowledge and the body in Physical Education.
