ECONOMIA CIRCULAR E INDÚSTRIA 4.0 NA AMÉRICA LATINA

O PAPEL DA GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo é verificar se há correlação entre as áreas de Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), Economia Circular (E.C) e Indústria 4.0 (setor 4.0). Para sua realização, foi feito um levantamento das publicações sobre o tema no período de 2018 a 2020, tendo como palavras-chave “green human resource management”, “circular economy” e “industry 4.0” buscando identificar insights coletivos por meio de síntese teórica. O artigo busca apresentar uma relação ainda não encontrada na literatura. Os resultados apresentam que há relação entre a EC e Indústria 4.0, mas baixo grau de interseção com GHRM. A literatura considera que a EC é uma fonte impulsionadora para Indústria 4.0, sendo considerada uma ferramenta de viabilização para o aumento da eficiência e desenvolvimento de novos modelos de negócios. Os resultados também apontam a possibilidade da EC necessitar diretamente da GHRM, de modo a despertar o lado humano no ambiente organizacional por meio de treinamento, seleção e capacitação de seus funcionários. Além de que, as iniciativas da GHRM são capazes de alavancar o equilíbrio entre a vida pessoal e profissional dos colaboradores. Para pesquisas futuras, sugere-se avanços investigando qualitativamente como pode ocorrer a relação entre a GHRM e a EC no contexto da Indústria 4.0.
