The outcomes of the new COVID-19 in the events industry tendencies and repercussions in Brazil
Abstract
This study aimed to check the possible trends in the events market after the pandemic and the expectations of professionals about the future of the sector. In this sense, an analysis was made of the reports and articles that portrayed this scenario in order to understand the new rules after the dissemination of covid-19 and the determinations for the realisation of events in today's world, as well as a brief interview with event production companies through a form, which was interpreted in order to group the ideas and viabilities of the workers in the area. Thus, it was possible to identify the trend of virtual events during and after the pandemic and the optimism of the professionals in relation to the full return of the on-site sector by the end of 2022.
