ANÁLISE DO IMPACTO DOS INSTRUMENTOS DE GESTÃO PRECONIZADOS PELO SUS NOS INDICADORES DE SAÚDE

Um estudo dos municípios que compõem a região da Grande Florianópolis

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the impact of municipal planning on the performance of health indicators for the local population. This research is characterized as applied, qualitative and quantitative, as well as bibliographical and documentary. The information available in the Strategic Management Support Room was used regarding the delivery of the management instruments recommended by the Unified Health System (SUS) and in the IBGE Cidades platform regarding the indicator of infant mortality and hospital morbidity of hospitalizations due to diarrhea within the clipping of the twenty-two municipalities that make up the health region of Greater Florianópolis. The study identified that only seven of these municipalities deliver management instruments as recommended by the SUS. It also identified that it is not possible to observe the impact of planning on the indicators surveyed, since the seven municipalities that delivered the plan take different positions in relation to performance on that indicator, which may be an indication that the delivery of the document does not mean that a proper planning process was carried out.
