Multicriteria Methods in the Management of Psychosocial Risks in Smart Production Environments

Authors

Abstract

The digitalization of production systems
has amplified challenges related to
mental health and the management of
psychosocial risks at work. In this
context, it becomes necessary to
develop approaches capable of
structuring and prioritizing
factors that
impact workers' well-being.
This study proposes the use
of multi-criteria decision
support methods to analyze
these risks in smart production
environments. The approach allows
for the organization of multiple
criteria and supports decision-making
processes in complex organizational contexts.
The research methodology employed an adaptation
of the PRISMA method to
conduct a literature review.
As a contribution, the
study seeks to support
the use of multi-criteria
methods in identifying
priority factors and to
inform strategies aimed
at preventing psychosocial
risks and promoting mental
health at work.

I am a Master's student in Production and Systems Engineering, holding a scholarship from CAPES/BRAZIL. My academic background includes a degree in Civil Engineering and specializations in Occupational Safety Engineering, Sanitary and Environmental Engineering, and Production and Quality Management. I conducted a thesis in the construction industry, focusing on a comprehensive study of workplace accidents in Ceará from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, I completed a thesis in Occupational Safety Engineering, addressing safety in the construction sector in Brazil, and authored a paper on ergonomics in the construction industry for my Production and Quality Management specialization. I also wrote an article on environmental impacts on construction sites for my Sanitary and Environmental Engineering specialization. Building on this background, my research interests for the master's program lie in the field of Organizational and Occupational Engineering, with a specific emphasis on Ergonomics. I aim to deepen my understanding of practices and strategies that optimize the relationship between the work environment, production processes, and the well-being of workers. My professional and academic journey reflects a continuous interest in issues related to safety, ergonomics, quality, and efficiency in the workplacecrucial elements for the sustainable and enduring development of organizations. Throughout my career, I have acquired technical and analytical skills. I believe that conducting research at the intersection of Organizational and Occupational Engineering, Occupational Safety, and Ergonomics will significantly contribute to the understanding and implementation of practices that promote safer, ergonomic, efficient, and healthy work environments.
