uma análise do comércio de Naviraí-MS
Abstract
This present article was an objective a discucion about the relation efficient between leadership and team results having good service as a tool. Was realized a qualitative search with semi-structured questionnaire in three stores in clothing sector in Naviraí-MS. Considering although to be watched by own managers the sellers took responsibility by good service and sales goals, we also realized that teams keep cooperation and good relationship between the employees .
