Scenario of Thesis and Dissertation publications on Agency Conflicts in Credit Unions in Brazil
Bibliometric study using the databases Catalog of Theses and Dissertations (CAPES) and Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations: BDTD
Abstract
The objective of this research was to verify the scenario of the publications of theses and dissertations defended with the theme of agency conflicts in credit unions in Brazil, in the period between the years 2000 and 2020, in the databases of Catalog of Theses and Dissertations ( CAPES) and Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations: BDTD. The research was carried out through bibliometrics, in which the characteristics were defined to provide the necessary information to visualize how the studies related to the theme are, identifying the number of publications by level (Master's or Doctorate), per year, by institution. teaching, verifying the main keywords and the main manifestations of agency conflicts in credit unions in the scientific researches found. The article was developed through the inductive method, with a social purpose applied in the area of Corporate Finance, through descriptive research, with bibliographic procedures of quantitative nature.
