Abstract

The objective of this study was to detail the process of identification, analysis and classification of possible risks associated with data interoperability projects in the health area, as well as their possible mitigation plans, since the advancement of medicine in recent years has brought with it the need to guarantee results and quick analysis for decision making, whether in the support areas or in the front line with the patient, through independent and autonomous systems, but which cooperate with each other and generate consistent results. Using the best practices supported and / or supported by PMBOK (2017) and based on the research of articles, theses and books to support the concepts, there will be, throughout the case study described in this monograph, the observation of the methods used to identify, analyze, plan and respond to risks during an interoperability project. From the results obtained, it is evident that semantic interoperability and technical interoperability are the main risks of interoperability design studied and that the dealings of these two points increase assertiveness in delivery and minimize problems during the process of implementing interoperability projects.
