UMA ANÁLISE ACERCA DA INFLUÊNCIA DA MÍDIA NA CONSTRUÇÃO DO CORPO PERFEITO

Abstract

This work has as its central focus the discussion about the influence that the media has on people, encouraging them to consume, collaborating with the perpetuation of various physical and mental health problems. The study presents the exaggeration of consumption, exposing the problem about the alienation of the media in society by influencing people to consume without limits. The research uses bibliographical references, from a qualitative analysis. The partial results of the research lead to the understanding of one of the biggest problems rooted in our society, obesity, as well as the incessant search for the perfect body.
