O Grau de lealdade no setor cosmético
Uma pesquisa descritiva
Abstract
The present work deals with presenting consumer perceptions in the cosmetics sector in relation to the degree of loyalty presented. These perceptions were ascertained through a descriptive qualitative research, conducted with 10 respondents from different female age groups. The overall objective of the study is to analyze the degree of loyalty presented by consumers in the cosmetics sector through descriptive research. The results of the research indicate that there is a high degree of loyalty in the cosmetics sector determined according to the Phrase Completion scale, being higher in the subcategories of cosmetic products of makeup and body cream and lower in the subcategories facial cream and nail products.
