INDICADORES PARA UMA CIDADE INTELIGENTE
Abstract
The present work seeks to understand the development process of a city for smart city, in which a city in the State of Paraná is observed, in which it was sought to understand the opinion of its participants for certain aspects and the level of engagement of participation. Using bibliographic research, it was sought to understand the concepts of digital and smart cities and through a questionnaire, where 50 people participated, in which the data is measured and the results are classified around the bibliographic concepts and questionnaire answers. The questions addressed the concepts of development, quality of life, employment and income, sanitation, water distribution and quality, internet access, telecommunications, whether the city offers leisure spaces, education and safety, cost of living, all questions being scaled in orders of agreement, disagreement, and indifference. In some questions we obtained answers such as treated water, where 81.6% disagreed, leisure areas where 73.5% disagreed, urban public transportation where 77.6% disagreed and about local development which was indifferent (73.5%). The results obtained make it possible to visualize the formation of the development process of a city and open up new margins of research on deepening the theme.
