COMO SERÁ A EDUCAÇÃO EXECUTIVA DO FUTURO?

Abstract

The executive profile required by the market has evolved in the context of constant growth in the interdependence and integration between countries, which makes competition between companies more fierce. As a result, business schools need to adapt or reinvent themselves to form highly skilled executives. In this study, we sought to answer the following problem question: considering the year 2035, what will the profile of executive education be like? For this, the objective was to analyze the characteristics of the profile of the executive of the future, the trends of business schools, the contents of the disciplines and the format of the classrooms. As a research method, a qualitative approach was adopted using the Delphi technique, creating a panel with experts on the subject. The results indicated the profile of the executive of the future and characteristics of the classroom.
