UM PANORAMA SOBRE A INDÚSTRIA 4.0 NO CENÁRIO NACIONAL
Abstract
Industry 4.0 is a revolution that has promoted changes in the form of production by integrating cyber-physical systems, merging the real with the virtual, physical, and biological aspects with digital systems, enabling mass production, but personalized. To understand this new reality, this article aims to understand how the topic Industry 4.0 has been investigated in national publications. Therefore, a systematic review was carried out, following the model proposed by Denyer and Tranfield (2009), which provides a basis for analyzing research evidence in the area of management and organization. Searches were carried out in the Scielo and Spell databases and 14 articles were identified to compose the bibliographic portfolio of this research. After analyzing these article it was found that research related to Industry 4.0 is concerned with globally identifying its characteristics, understanding the impacts of this revolution on society, and focusing on professionals and the new skills and competencies required.
