Abstract

This article aims, through a theoretical essay of a bibliographic and documentary basis, to highlight the importance of price research update procedures for the hiring of Public Administration in the post-pandemic. Specifically, we sought to highlight the impacts of the pandemic on public procurement; the role of Accounting in bids - mainly in view of Law No. 14,133/21 and in the Fiscal Responsibility Law, Law No. 101/2000; the price research procedures in the bids and the demand for efficiency, economy and legality in the management of the State in the post-pandemic. The covid-19 pandemic caused crises that permeated everyday life, institutions, collective health and public bureaucracy - which includes bidding. The flexibility of bidding procedures was supported by Legislative Decree No. 6/2020, Law No. 13,979/2020 and with Provisional Measure No. 926/2020 in favor of the realization of the social right to health. In view of this scenario, the context of post-pandemic public procurement and price research is analyzed as a fundamental element in achieving efficiency, transparency, probity, legality aimed at the well-being and development of the social community.
