EMPREENDEDORISMO FEMININO
revisão sistemática de literatura na Plataforma Periódicos CAPES
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the evolution of the theme of female entrepreneurship based on peer-reviewed scientific articles published in journals available on the CAPES Periodicals Platform. Specifically, it sought to create analysis categories to identify the topics covered; describe the evolution of publications and the category created. For this, a systematic literature review was carried out. The data was collected on the Capes Periodicals Platform based on the research protocol created, which used “female entrepreneurship” as the search term, with no stipulated time limit. 31 articles were selected. Content analysis was used to create the analysis categories. The results indicated the year 2020 as the most representative of publications by showing the evolution of publications over time. The main Qualis CAPES classification of the journals for the selected articles was A4, which demonstrated the quality and relevance of the published articles. The analysis categories created were labor market and factors that influence the economic sector; entrepreneurial profile, factors, and characteristics; gender issues; entrepreneurial process and multiplicity of roles. It was possible to conclude that the theme of entrepreneurship raises important questions, still in the ascending phase of studies, but relevant to the construction of female identity in the market.
