Identification and analysis of instruments for measuring the stress of family farmers
Abstract
Family farming is carried out in many countries and is economically, socially and culturally important. Due to certain particularities, it has been considered a dangerous activity and triggers high levels of stress. Measuring the level of stress and identifying the stressors are key stages in stress management and, to this end, measuring instruments or scales are necessary. Given the above, this article aims to identify and analyze instruments for measuring stress and occupational stressors specific to family farmers. To this end, a bibliographic survey was carried out in the main databases in search of articles on the subject. The results showed that there are few specific instruments for this purpose and that they lack a more accurate methodology.
