Abstract
The study stressed the aspects related to the Quality of Working Life (QWL) of the Military Police in Paraná State (Brazil). Therefore, the Biopsychosocial and Organizational Integrating Model (BPSO) was used with Organizational Justice for Well-Being in the public service, in the context of the Military Police of Paraná (PMPR). For data collection, the questionnaire proposed by the model was used, answered by 6,054 military police officers. This is a descriptive, cross-sectional study with quantitative approach. Data were analyzed using the Knowledge Discovery Database (KDD) process, using the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique - SMOTE; the Wrapper algorithm; the Correlation-based Feature Selection (CFS); the Decision Tree (AD) algorithm J.48 and the Logistic Regression Algorithm. In data exploration, it was possible to observe the profile of the responding officers, to verify the satisfaction data in each variable of the constructs and, at the end, to measure a general index of QWL (IQWL). The Paraná´s military police officer was classified in the General Index of average QWL. The social domain had the lowest index in the BPSO, while Well-Being in the public service was the domain with the highest index. The results point the need to develop public policies of Quality of Working Life of the military police, especially in relation to health and professional development, which enable the improvement of the level of satisfaction regarding aspects.
