Abstract

The entrepreneurial process is a trajectory that ranges from the conception of the idea to the maturity of the business, involving planning, fundraising and operational management. This process is influenced by personal factors, sociological factors, environmental factors and organizational factors. Exploring entrepreneurs who started their ventures when they were still young, chosen due to ease of access, the general objective of this work is to analyze the entrepreneurial process of entrepreneurs from Aquidauana (MS). In the research, a qualitative, descriptive approach was used, applying a study of multiple cases in which influencing factors in the entrepreneurial process were examined. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews carried out with three entrepreneurs in the municipality. The main results obtained were the characterization of the entrepreneurial process shaped by internal and external factors; highlighting the relevance of innovation in the entrepreneurial context, highlighting the importance of resilience and identifying opportunities; in addition to the continuous presence of personal fulfillment as a driver of entrepreneurship.
