EXPERIÊNCIA EM TICs
Abstract
Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) is a term used to describe the set of technologies that allow digital communication and information processing. For this reason, it is a very dynamic and constantly evolving area, as professionals who participate in this area are always up to date with new technologies and trends. I aimed to make a brief reflection about the inclusion of ICTs. Through a bibliographical research and from an experimental perspective, to graduate in ICTs, it is necessary to adopt strategies that guarantee the development of specific skills and competences. How to define clear objectives: It is important to have a clear idea of what you want to achieve with ICT training. It helps to set concrete goals and plan a path to achieving them. Search for relevant courses and certifications. Practice technical skills: Technology changes quickly, it's important to always be practicing to stay current. Soft skills developer: Technology is not just about technical skills. Learning from mentors and peers: It is always helpful to have mentors and peers to learn from and exchange ideas with. So it's justifiable to keep up to date: Technology changes quickly and it's important to always be up to date with trends and advances. This can be done by reading articles, participating in forums and conferences, and networking with professionals in the field.
