O RACISMO NO CONTEXTO FORMATIVO
FORMAÇÃO CULTURAL E PRÁTICA DOCENTE
Abstract
It seeks to analyze whether the teacher has cultural training to deal with racism in everyday school life. However, experience in education shows different types of detection due to skin color that manifest themselves in a veiled and explicit way. For the time being, the study is in the bibliographical and documentary phase, opting for a qualitative analysis, in the sense of selecting concepts that refer to classifications and meanings of racist terms. It is believed that from the understanding of racist devices it is possible to create paths for a less unequal and less anti-democratic society. The school, in addition to educating, is responsible for taking care of the implementation of mediations aimed at ensuring the protection of children's rights, in terms of their humanity, advocated by the Child and Adolescent Statute.
