THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE EXPERIENCE AND THE SATISFACTION OF TOURISTS FROM FORTALEZA SANTA CRUZ DE ANHATOMIRIM (SC) FROM TRIPADVISOR
Abstract
The research objective is to identify the factors of the experience that you have with the general satisfaction of tourists from Fortaleza Santa Cruz de Anhatomirim (SC). The comments were categorized into four categories: educational, entertainment, aesthetics, and escapism. To achieve this purpose, quantitative research was conducted, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. 585 comments were collected on the TripAdvisor website and categorized in Microsoft Excel software using 1 for positive feedback, 0 for absent or neutral comments, and -1 for negative comments. Finally, he used a Linear Regression Analysis through SPSS (23). The results showed that the aesthetic and escapism dimensions significantly influenced consumers when reporting their evaluations online. In conclusion, immersion experiences were the ones that most impacted tourists. The study offers theoretical and practical contributions to tourist experiences.
