FAZ BEM: Sistema Produto-Serviço (PSS) aplicado aos produtores rurais e microempreendedores de Uberlândia

Abstract

The consumption of organic and natural products follows a worldwide trend in the search for products and services that refer to health and quality of life. Another factor to be highlighted is the search for practicality, due to the increasingly busy daily life, the demand for products for services has increased, where solutions with the Product-Service System arise. The purpose of this article is to verify the feasibility of implementing a proposed Product-Service System to leverage the sale of natural and organic products, focusing on the region of Uberlândia-MG. For this, three stages of development were applied: (i) Informational Project, (ii) Conceptual Project and (iii) Detailed Project. Qualitative surveys were applied to market research, in addition to service development tools such as Business Model Canvas, Storytelling, Sitemap and service prototyping. At the end of development, the Faz Bem application was obtained, for the sale of organic and natural products. The application generated positive results in relation to the implementation of the proposed solution, bringing social, environmental and economic benefits.
