TELETRABALHO

A nova dinâmica na prestação do serviço

Abstract

Teleworking has been studied and applied in the day-to-day of companies and public bodies and with the advent of the health and hospital crisis arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, this recent modality of work has proved to be a possible tool for carrying out the work itself, both in the public service and in the most diverse private companies. In this sense, the objective of this study was to analyze the modality of teleworking and briefly point out the impacts arising from this practice. The methodology of this work was developed within a theoretical, qualitative and descriptive approach, through bibliographic research, complemented by documentary surveys. The main results found point to the optimization and flexibility of people management processes, reduction of operating costs, greater productivity and efficiency in the provision of the service, reduction of pollution, impact on the quality of life and well-being of the worker, which makes it possible to appropriate flexible schedules and greater availability for family integration. However, it was found that this same modality potentiates the generation of complex conflicts between the private/family space and the professional, the overlapping of work with family life due to work overload, in addition to the high dependence on technology and social isolation. In this work, we sought to carry out a brief reflection on the modality of teleworking and it was possible to analyze how this new dynamic of service provision has been received, where one can observe the need for a more specific look for further studies to evaluate the practical effects. implementation in labor relations, including in the public sphere.
