EMPODERAMENTO FEMININO NAS EMPRESAS
Abstract
The work addresses female empowerment in companies, highlighting gender disparities in the business context, such as unequal salaries, lack of representation in leadership positions and cultural barriers that limit women's progress. The study proposes to analyze and identify strategies to promote gender equality and female leadership. Using a descriptive and exploratory literature review, with a qualitative approach, this study investigates historical and cultural factors that contribute to gender inequality, analyzes the impact of female empowerment on organizational results and identifies inclusion policies adopted by companies. The results highlight the pay gap and the need to promote gender equity and that female empowerment is essential for building fair, egalitarian and efficient organizations, contributing to sustainable socioeconomic development.
