PROJETO DE AMBIENTAÇÃO DA ALA INFANTIL DO LABORATÓRIO DE ANÁLISES CLÍNICAS DO HOSPITAL UNIVERSITÁRIO DE SANTA MARIA, RS

Abstract

This work reports on a visual communication project, more precisely a signage project with an ambiance function for the Clinical Analysis Laboratory at the Santa Maria University Hospital (LAC/HUSM), RS, with a focus on access to the examination ward for children . The design process involves the steps of: (i) studies and search for information; (ii) analyzes and conceptualizations; creation and synthesis; (iii) graphic expression, layout and final artwork; (iv) presentation and implementation. The ongoing project is developed in the context of the Illustration, Signage and Management Laboratories of the Industrial Design Course at the Federal University of Santa Maria, RS, and, in the end, it is intended to present as a result, an inviting and visual ambience system. humanized, making the space less cold and oppressive for children undergoing treatment.
