Hospitalidade virtual em plataformas de ensino: reflexões sobre os rituais de acolhimento nas relações remotas de ensino-aprendizagem
Abstract
This article intends to cast light over hospitality as an immaterial quality inserted in the virtual space, observing the elements that make tangible the experience of virtual interactions among students and professors at online education platforms. In this analysis, the following research problem arises: How to provide an approximation in the student-teacher relationship based on the construction of hospitality times and spaces in the virtual sphere? The central objective is to build a reflection about the hospitality rituals transposed to educational relationships at the virtual environment. As for the methodology, it is a bibliographic review article build through a online study carried out on electronic bases by the combination of the terms: virtual hospitality, remote teaching, learning, teaching platforms. In this sense, the theoretical basis presented introduces the study in the following order of concepts: the hospitality rituals in the virtual space, the application of these rituals in online educational interactions, having educators as the host figure in this space. Finally, it is presented the relationship between the concept that addresses education in the virtual environment and the scenes of hospitality perceived among the interlocutors of this context. As a result, it is shown that the humanization factors applied in the virtual environment originate from the exercise of hospitality rituals and seek to build a space that is close to what is perceived as a value in the material world.
