Airline protocols during the covid-19 pandemic
Abstract
Tourism is responsible for the intensification of mobility, and the airline industry is one of the major contributors to travel. With the advancement of the pandemic of COVID-19, airlines had to adapt to the protocols. Thus, the objective of this study was to identify and analyze protocols of prevention measures against COVID-19 used in Brazilian airlines and assigned by regulatory agencies, based on information available on their websites. The research was characterized as exploratory and descriptive, with a bibliographic and documental base, of qualitative character in secondary data sources. From this, it was identified that the guidelines for tourists and companies are crucial for the promotion of passenger and employee safety, whereas at a time of uncertainty such as the pandemic the information and protocols on the websites were not in focus.
