Indústria 4.0 e o Turismo: uma perspectiva bibliométrica

Resumo

A integração das tecnologias da indústria 4.0 ao setor de turismo já faz parte da realidade, mas ainda está aquém da sua potencialidade. Estudos indicam diversas oportunidades para a otimização da gestão das empresas de turismo e da experiência do cliente, o qual pela sua natureza dinâmica está em constante mudança. Facilitadas pelas TICs, é possível oferecer e criar novos tipos de atividades turísticas resultando em vivências mais participativas e manifestadas por meio de múltiplas ferramentas. Com o objetivo de avaliar a produção científica sobre o tema indústria 4.0 e turismo, foi realizada uma análise bibliométrica, utilizando 60 trabalhos resultantes da busca na base de dados Scopus, com o auxílio do software VOSviewer para identificar os principais autores, países, temas e conceitos provenientes de todas as pesquisas publicadas sobre o tema até julho de 2021. Como resultado principal, constatou-se a ausência de trabalhos sobre as diferentes tecnologias digitais relacionando com o turismo. Este trabalho, portanto, contribui com a academia ao apresentar o estado da arte das pesquisas sobre indústria 4.0 e turismo, identificando lacunas, tendências e propondo futuras linhas e tópicos de pesquisa.
