Abstract

We intend to bring an approach on the subject that bothers us, that many of the times, we debate in (in) formal situations of our geo-historical locus, Guinea-Bissau, Angola, from Brazil where for years we spent our academic and social lives, which contemplate our bios.  Our lives are rewarded by readings, theoretical reflections on post-colonial identities and coloniality. The article is a challenge about our restlessness before the social imaginary of the colonial subject, in this case alluding to two countries; Angola and Guinea-Bissau. We reflect from Brazil, which is also a colonized country, and the identities assimilated by means of coloniality is our archive that we will open among other reflective windows, especially religion, education and the epistemic colonization that serves as subsidies to illustrate our thought.
