Abstract

This article contains some information about a very relevant topic today, AEE – Special Educational Training and brings with it new paradigms and prejudices. The when it comes to its inclusion, it is expected that Law 14,191, of 2021, will be included in Educational Laws, which inserts Bilingual Education for the Deaf into the Brazilian Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (LDB - Law 9,394, 1996) as an independent learning method when you first refer your students to AEE to provide alternatives to a bilingual environment. We press the theoretical foundations to address this topic in the search to understand that the inclusive process does not consist of identifying and legitimizing differences but rather guaranteeing equal rights among students and realizing that the inclusive educational process has a need to have it New lessons are supported by new educational practices and the possibility of greater favoritism is guaranteed to protect your individual and social space as a city. In fact, it is possible to affirm that pedagogy is fundamental and fundamental in the education of deaf individuals, focusing on practices that respect and value Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) as an essential part of the educational process.
