REFLEXÕES SOBRE AS PRÁTICAS DOCENTES FRENTE AOS DESAFIOS IMPOSTOS PELA INDISCIPLINA ESCOLAR

Resumen

When observing the scenario of Brazilian public schools, we see that the phenomenon of indiscipline is seen as a discouraging, stressing factor, which weakens the relationship of the teacher with his students and that can lead the teacher to abandon the profession. The difficulty in dealing with undisciplined classes that cause real suffering for the teacher has led us to reflect on the reasons that lead students to behave in aggressive and unwanted ways by the school. Taking this into account, we then carried out a bibliographic analysis with a qualitative approach, based on readings of texts, books, articles and magazines to assist in the identification and origins of the student's undisciplined behavior and to take teachers to have a new look at this subject matter. Along this path, we allude to the importance of the educational psychology disciplines, the new teaching didactics that point to practical solutions in everyday school life, in addition to exploring creativity that can contribute to solving the problem. It is also possible to point out the family as an elementary unit in the formation of a nation, and its vital importance in solving the problem. We know that the difficulties are great, but if we commit ourselves to solving the problems that indiscipline imposes on us, education will make another great advance. Keywords: Education. Teaching.
