Abstract
This article aimed to analyze the communication on crisis management, broadcast on Sebrae's social networks, during the pandemic period caused by COVID-19. the study was developed with a qualitative approach, of a descriptive nature. Data collection was carried out from the analysis of SEBRAE's social networks, and the data were analyzed through content analysis. It was possible to notice that Sebrae used social networks during the period proposed in the research. In addition, the communication adopted by Sebrae on the two social networks is mostly resolute and proactive, with the offer of training courses, guidelines on the conscious use of credit, tips on the use of digital tools as aids in the sales process in the face of isolation. experienced in the period, among other actions.
