Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has led to many changes in everyday situations, in social, academic, leisure and labor issues. Due to the changes caused in the labor relations due to the pandemic, it has become important to understand the current context of work in organizations. This need also applies to how job satisfaction work changed during that period. Therefore, the objective of this research was to Systematic Literature Review, check the main changes in the conception of job satisfaction after the Covid pandemic. As results, it was described how the different professionals reacted and what strategies were used to overcome the situation. It is considered that this article contributes to helping managers to better decision-making at the organizational level.
