Abstract

This article seeks to provide opportunities for debates, reflections and deeper insights into the challenges faced by mediator/support teachers in everyday school life, aiming to break the fragmentation of the teaching model, in which individualized work is present in school spaces. The research seeks to understand the partnership between teachers, pointing out the contributions of collaborative work. In addition to presenting the need to promote continued training with an inclusive look at the school community, which understands that the role of the mediator/support teacher is not that of a caregiver, but a professional who works towards inclusion.
