UFMS ACTIONS TO PROMOTE QUALITY, INCLUSIVE AND EQUITABLE EDUCATION

Abstract

Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul – UFMS, the largest university in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul – MS, has its excellence recognized nationally by the Ministry of Education – MEC with the highest rating in regular and distance education, and internationally by several rankings. Among the 17 Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs of the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda, SDG 4 aims to ensure access to quality, inclusive and equitable education, and to promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. The objective of this work is to present UFMS actions that demonstrate its commitment to SDG 4, providing quality, inclusive, equitable education, and paying special attention to the most vulnerable.
